Yes, yes you are right. But now there is a significant threat that the minority will spoil the entire game and experience for everybody else, like the Operation Goliath. That is not only expressing their views but affecting somebody's else experience, which should be only affected by Bioware at this level.

DON'T SUPPORT!!!!

The  point is that if you're going to campaign for something, you could do it for a reason that matters.

I am pretty sure no one here needs your permission or approval to support a charity. And also whether or not you want to give to a charity is up to you.

Here's a link for one that we like - maybe you could post a link for one you like?

retakemasseffect.chipin.com/retake-mass-effect-childs-play

I mean, nothing is stopping you from organizing people to support something you feel is more important.

No, they don't need permission. You have to realise that in the grand scheme of things, devoting a significant portion of your time, life and energy into campaigning for something which is ultimately so utterly and completely pointless is rather unfulfilling and wasteful.

Just because you say "It's my choice to throw my time away" doesn't mean I can't criticise you for making that choice. Especially when you're opting to do so in lieu of campaigning for things which actually matter. I'd never say to someone "you should be campaigning but you're not, that's bad" ... but if you're bothering to get up off your bum and campaign, then is this really the thing you're going to campaign for?

I tell you he is just a frustrated teen, who can't accept the reality, who has no real life, who is angry with Bioware and thus wants to put the World into flames.

-Why should they care about you? You people do not support them? Why should they give their hard earned dollers for something just so you can enjoy it and that you can call them "entitled children"? I am really wondering about that logic?

You dont like it? Start a counter campain. Give bioware more money to make up for what they lost? Put your money where your mouth is... so to speak?

I don' care. I just want to play Goliath Operation in peace. And nobody forced you to pay for Mass Effect. It was you risk, as it is in everything else. You can't swallow it?? Live with it, but don't spoil the game for everybody.

You don't need my permission to criticize anyone, just like we don't need your or anyone else's permission to voice our disassatisfaction, and send money to a charity we like.

You could always do the same, but I guess your cause is telling people how much time they are wasting. If that's what's important to you, to let people know how much time they are wasting in your opinion, if that feels like a good use of energy, then cool. Good luck with that.

Anyway, for the other folks, Long Live Marauder Shields! :)

The difference is that I'm not spending my time campaigning for anything. I haven't done all the work organising a charity movement which could've been dedicated to something meaningful and useful only to direct it all towards a meaningless "CHANGE THE ENDING TO A VIDEO-GAME" effort.

It's like spending the time baking a five-tier wedding cake, only to feed it to the dog.

Just keep in mind everyone. They DO track how much people play. The more play time they record the better an argument they may have.

This is true, so anyone who is part of Retake and is playing single player, for whatever reason (like the fact that the rest of the game is good) should consider turning their wifi conections off.

Didn't seem right so i fixed it:D
anyway most players of the game agree(/will agree) with the idea that the ending must be changed, just because there was a large amount of people who have the game and said nothing doesn't make the ending's supporters a majority it just means that the endings haters are even higher in number, so don't go off and call us a whiny minority we arre and always were the majority.

I think you're pretty clearly spending time campaigning on a message board, to tell other people on a message board, that their message board campaign is a waste of time. But that's cool.

The magic is I dont have to live with it. I was sold a shoddy product and now I either want it fixed or my money back. If I cant have either, Ill discontinue my business no matter what it costs others. Thats been the way business works.

And you call them entitled?

LOL, fighting for every gamer? You are fighting for a small, self-entitled, obnoxious minority of basement dwellers and trolls.

You should be ashamed of yourselves. Bioware has worked incredibly hard on this series and as a result have created one of the most ambitious, immersive, and enjoyable action-RPGs ever to be released.

For you to complain about such ridiculously minor issues, and raise such a stink about it, is a complete joke. Why are you still posting in the forums for FANS of Bioware? GTFO!! People like you are what have been making this community suck for so long now.

But your sig says you've only been here for a few months. Is it really that long for you?

I don't think insulting people is particularly necessary, but if it makes you feel better, I guess it's not a big deal.

I've played Mass Effect since the start, and joined the forum to add my customer voice to others who aren't happy with the game. I made the mistake of preordering, and was disappointed by the incoherence of the ending.

So, I'm posting on the forums to see if the company will respond. It turned out there'd we're tens of thousands of other players who feel the same way.

If insulting people isn't necessary, then why are people like you harassing and insulting Casey Hudson on his twitter page? And everyone knows this community has gone to sh*t lately, it sucks that such an amazing game company is unfortunate enough to have so many ungrateful, entitled brats populating their main FAN forum.

Game developers put blood, sweat, and tears to fulfill THEIR artistic vision (NOT YOURS!!!!), and if you don't like it, then great, don't buy it, you are certainly entitled to your opinion. But you ARE NOT entitled to tell the developers to go back and re-create the ending because of YOUR OPINION.

This is the same group of people who made such a huge deal about From Ashes. Thinking they are entitled to extra content for some reason. Why didn't they complain about the stuff in the collector's edition? I wouldn't be surprised if you guys think you are entitled to the stuff in the collector's edition for free. That would be the logical conclusion of your argement against day-one DLC. It's just extra content, unncessary extra content that you can buy IF YOU WANT. There is no controversy there.

This is an arguemnt being put forth by ignorant, entitled brats, and I won't apologize for saying that. I don't see any of you apologizing to Casey Hudson for spitting in his face and insulting him after all the work he has put in to give you guys this experience. Truly a bunch of ignorant clowns that need to get a life. Go make your own game if you're so perfect. I actually enjoy this one the way it is. It woud be an absolute travesty if Bioware had to go back and change the ending for you guys.

DON'T BEND BIOWARE!!!
