Today I lost 80 BioWare points when I tried to buy a Veteran Pack. A window pops up and says “One or more of your purchases failed to process. If this error continues to appear, please contact customer support”.

I shut down the game and reloaded it. I went into the store and was hoping to get my Veteran Pack but there was nothing. 

If it was Credits I wouldn’t care as much (which I have also lost a few days ago), but I used real money to buy it today. I have used BioWare points before without a problem, until today.
