I came across this theory. All credits goes to the ACAVYOS

It really gave some helpful "inisight" on understanding the ending. There's so many out there....this makes the most sense to me and I thought I'd share to those who still have questions (as I did) Thank You  Bioware I hope you'll continue more ME games (maybe some prequels like - The Krogan Rebellions)

BTW - I still would like to know if all this happened in Shepard's mind......why did Harbinger not just destroyed him and instead of still giving Shepard a "choice"......... any answers are appreciative
