So my desktop is very powerful, and I can max everything out with no problems. But, I wanted to see how it would run on my laptop.
My specs are: Core2Duo T8300 (2.4ghz), 2gb ram, 8400m GS 128mb. Windows 7.
On all settings turned to the lowest, at 1024*768 resolution I get around 12-18 fps, depending on if there is a battle or not. The game feels fairly smooth. There is a little chopiness, but not intolerable. Putting the resolution to 800*600 and I get about 5fps average increase.
I tested it at a point after the origins while fighting a few enemies and having 3 other people in my party.
Just thought I would let people know how my fairly weak laptop handles the game. Although, the only thing that is really weak about it is the very weak video card.
But the game, is playable on the laptop. Even though 12-18 sounds low, it actually isn't extremely choppy, even during battles. Although, I didn't try it during larger battles, nor do I plan to. I just thought I would give it a test run.
Playing it on my laptop

Just a suggestion for all the people with slower notebook video cards: very often fillrate is the bottleck on such cards, so try disabling framebuffer effects and reducing resolution. With those settings I was able to play even on medium settings on my 9300M.
