Okay, the first time was bad enough - I went to buy a Spectre Pack with my game points (not Bioware real money) only to get a message saying that there was a problem and if it continues to contact customer support.
Then today - after a really long hard play session got to around 80,000 points - went to buy a Spectre Pack and once again had the same thing happen.
Really Bioware - this is unacceptable and needs to be fixed.
As for contacting EA support - I'm sorry but I've been down that road before, they'll tell me to contact you and you will tell me to contact EA - wasting yet more of my time.

X-Fi sound Blaster
Lost 60,000 Crdits for the SECOND time due to some bug.
