Hi technical support,

I'm from Singapore, and I preordered Mass Effect 3 on Origin. However, I didn't get any of the preorder bonuses that were stated when I preordered the game back in February (namely, the N7 warfare gear, the AT-12 Raider shotgun, and the M-55 Argus assault rifle).

What should I do to get them?
