Dear Bioware,

First, I'd like to thank you for listening to me and the many other fans opinions. I'd like to suggest something that may make your jobs a little easier in the future:

Next time you intend to do something that you think/know will get some/most fans angry, do an deniable/anonymous poll on it. "secretly" make a poll somewhere for us to see and look at, give us multiple choices of the subject that you are willing to work with (eg. three different designs for female turians, what quarians look like, certain plot areas, etc.) then see what people say. As you know, the successfulness of a game company is on pleasing the fans, and giving the fans a set of choices to look at and say which they like best. Doing this lets you see what people like and what they don't.

If you do this, you can use the information to help your cause. You don't even need to go into details (if it's a story-based poll, don't give us the whole story, just ask us what we would do in a certain situation). This may severely reduce the chances of another widespread issue appearing and causing trouble. I'm sure people don't mind or care whether or not if you do it secretly. It's a good way to keep us out of the dark and helping you influence the game and keep us happy with the outcome, but also doesn't cost you much and gives you a larger opinion on your work. You don't lose anything from getting the perspective of the players prior to game/content release.
