open the coalesced.bin file and look for this...........
bioui.ini > sfxgame > sfxgawassetshandler > allassests = change war assets (only military assets)

you will see in the lines which are war assets. change it to whatever number (i used 6000) and when you check the console in game you will see the progress bar has moved all the way to the right.

I doubt you can edit the Galactic Readiness itself, seeing as it's tied to your online profile. Plus you get an XP bonus if you have 100%. So editing it to max would definitely be considered an exploit.
