 I have just used a week now playing trough Mass Effect 1 and 2.

And now when i was trying to import my caracter, everything works when it comes to the backround fact, But the face on my caracter is not the same. What have happened?

Is it something i can do, or do i need to wait for a patch?

Can someone pleas help me, i would really love to play ME3

(sorry for bad English, im Norwegian..)

It's a very well known bug at the moment. If you played ME1 with a custom Shep and then carried him/her into ME2, the face will not import properly or at all into ME3.

You can try some of the work arounds in the General Discussion forum, but my advice is to wait for the upcoming patch. Hopefully that will solve the face import bug.
