Ok guys, I'm a fairly seasoned Mass Effect player, and I want to play an Adept since it's the class I'm having most fun with.

The thing is, I want my Adept to be a FemShep and I don't have a ME2 save for a FemShep... So I can't import my level 30 ME2 Character because I can't change his sex, and I can't import my level 56 ME3 character because he would stay Male and Infiltrator.

It will be my first ME3 Insanity playthrough, and starting from level 1 and going from ME2 Insanity, I expect it to be fairly challenging.

Therefore I wanted advice on what works best and how to spec my Adept FemShep from level 1 to deal with Insanity.
