I was able to compete the challenge and was killing brutes for the numbers before this bug hit me so it would be nice if they could extend the unlocks till this game stopping bug is fixed.

Myself and others in the 'Black Screen on start up' thread literally can not get past the start screen on our gamertags. All of our saves and multiplayer are locked for us. The original poster has not been able to play for 12 days now. So the issue may be far more narrow in numbers but it is far more severe than Skyrim on PS3.

for what it's worth, i do know that the victory pack from goliath should be available for ALL players, whether they participated or not.

hopefully bioware will make sure the victory pack doesn't expire before you guys get access to the game.

Yes, but those packs are only available for one week after they unlock, then they disappear.  So, as I doupt this will be fixed by then, it's unlikely that we'll have access to them.

YOU MUST REDEEM (OPEN) YOUR PACKS IN THE MULTIPLAYER STORE MENU WITHIN 7

I agree. This is quite unfair. I was so excited for this game and now not only miss out on playing in general, but I miss out on special events. And none of it is our own faults.

I don't play on PS3....so I wouldn't know how bugged TES V ea, but considering it is a Bethesda game, it is as bad as PC & 360. Skyrim was filled with fatal quest bugs, graphical bugs, & tons of technical bugs.

So far I've only seen a few graphical bugs, and one quest bugs.

Most of your fellow gamers don't hate you but the industry itself does unfortunately tend to treat the PS3 as the "red-headed step-child".

 Submitted another email to EA's "customer service" and it looks like they actually READ the email for once instead of just copy/pasting the usual drivel.  Didn't get me anywhere though.

If there was an issue with the loading screen for the game then it would be universal the coding doesn't change from game to game. More then likely it's either an issue with the console or the account to server connection. I know other games have an issue similar when released.

Considering that more and more people are falling prey to this glitch each day I would call it "universal".

Also:
a) If it was a console issue then more games should be affected but so far TMK nothing has been reported.  Switching profiles allows one to play the game with no problems.  Also switching to another console and recovering your gamertag causes the same issue on the new Xbox.   This seems to indicate that the problem is related to our gamertags/profiles.   
There have been users that don't have their console connected to the Internet and have been hit by this glitch which seems to apparently rule out a connection issue.

I was referring to Bioware hating PS3 users, but I appreciate the show of support. It's rather sad we have to come to the Xbox and PC sections to try and get attention because they won't come to our tech help section.
