UPDATE* I finally got it in my spectre pack

Are my pool of items messed up?

I have every character with skin tones but the Salarian Infiltrator.

I have all my common weapons at lvl X, all gold weapons (widow 4, carnifex 4, falcon 6, a few N7 ultra rares, etc etc) from plenty of gold runs.

I seem to be getting other gold characters repeatedly, which is normal, but why is the Salarian Infil so elusive to me? I'm wondering if it is locked hiddenly. =/

Will update this thread if I eventually get it. But at this rate, I don't think I have a chance at getting Salarian Infil until most of the gold weapons are lvl 10... which will take forever.

Are any of you missing a character even though they upped the % of getting a character?
