I think Starfang is a DLC item, so I doubt if there is a code for it. You could probably make something similar with the toolset.

Is there codes for other weps and armors not on dlc? Also idk how to use the toolset so I don't think that's a option.

This is the most comprehensive list of codes that I've come across.... The only codes I see for armor or weapons are: runscript zz_givearmor - Adds Dragonbone Legion Armor to inventory, and runscript zz_createrunes - gives you runes and Oathkeeper sword. If I find any more, I'll post them.
