 Why is it London in the ending? I'm curious because video games are rarely set in the UK :3

Why not. About time good old blighty had some exposure, given Canada is part of the commonwealth and us British generally like those guys and girls over there (not so much french canadians though) I see it as a nice gesture and since our queen said Canada was an example to the world a while back so I think it's good that they show us some love too.

One of the many unanswered questions. What was special about London? Why were they beaming people up to the Citadel? They clearly could make husks on the fly. Why'd they even bring the dang Citadel to Earth in the first place, let alone create the London-to-Citadel express beam?

Maybe it was homage to Anderson who is from London. Besides, the big climax can't always be in New York. Would you rather it took place in my home State of Nebraska? We can beat the Reapers to death by throwing footballs at them. Even our QBs couldn't miss that target....
