Lost packs is a different issue.
But similar. Many people are not getting what they paid for or losing what they paid for.
Still no answer, huh?
Veteran Pack is rewarded when purchasing the Equipment Pack when using MS points.

Hey Bioware, still got an answer about this? I've run out of Medi-gel and rockets in multiplayer, medi-gel and rockets I would of stockpiled on IF I had been given the correct pack I had paid for 2 weeks ago. Perhaps answering this post would help make sure you don't see other posts like this in the future, by actually testing these things out?

Well i tried the new jumbo equip pack with ms points and it works well.Glad to see they fixed it but stiil no recognition for previous error ...

I would of been more than happy to spend MS Points on some of these packs especially since I needed the Medi-Gel, but we heard nothing to assure us that the issue had been taken care of, or even acknowledged.
