Could've easily been one of the best rpg's of all time let alone game of the year, sadly they tossed it with an ending that left too many unsatisfied. That's what disappointed me the most, the potential was definitely there but whoever let it release like this just dropped the ball.

I'm all for it. It would be great to have that trending on twitter. It's also doing more then just 'bumping' this thread.
As for the adding to the conversation.  I've calmed down since I've played the ending but all I can think of now is "Monty Python and the Holy Grail"
"What do you seek?"
"To defeat the Reapers."
"What is your favorite color?"
"Green-wait! Red!"
I was promised choices and I got to choose from the color wheel.  We were told there was a 'perfect' ending. You're saying I stayed up all night to see the Stargazer? That's the 'perfect' ending?
The plot holes...I don't know where to start there.

But a personal note: I'm more concerned about ending not making much sense than players choices and consequences being shown.

It's Bioware's story. It's much appreciated. Still, a respectable admiral once asked me this;

All I know is you sent me down to that blue beam to get citadel controls, and now an entire mass relay network is destroyed. I hope you'd fill the leap of logic between those two events?

Couldn't agree more. Actually popped in DA this morning, but it didn't feel right playing anything from EA/Bio when there's so much wrong with ME3.

Valve is supporting their games, adding content to titles like Team Fortress for many years, caring their community. If EA is concerned about what's going on in their industry -as in why they created Origin- they should support their titles too.

I agree with a lot of the other people, the ending just needs to make sense, more than be completely overhauled. Speculation and confusion are not the same thing, I don't think Mac Walters understood that when he scribbled the ending on a napkin.
