No.

I understand where you're coming from, but I'd like to say that your signature is offensive to me.

Beyond that, I don't think a simple "no" is warranted here. If you're not part of Retake ME3, then you obviously don't share our mission statement.

If you want to debate us, go right ahead :)

Thanks for the bump, anyhow.

I understand where you are coming from also, and I respect your opinions. Truely I do.

Nonetheless I think enough (not all, people like you, and many others) people are acting like 5 year olds that until you manage to get more of them in line that people like me will not support you.

If you can put a statement as you did here, I can put one opposing it. There are two sides to every arguement, and you refuse to even awknowledge other people's opinions that may exist with your "mission statement" or that people who side with you may be taking things to far.

Some people, even with 50,000+  votes to the contrary, like the ending.

Let me be clear, as is, I don't like the ending. If the indoctrination thing is true, I would like the ending.

But if you want the support of people like me, and we exist however small amounts, who either like the ending or don't like how some of your "supporters" act then you should simply reiterate your mission statement to something akin to "while some people may be satisified, the majority are not" that way you make note that you accept both sides of the arguement, but simply wish to push forward your agenda over simply saying "I'm satisfied."

TLDR

Don't turn into the Tea Party. Admitt that your side isn't perfect, and that you know some peope like the ending, but that in your opinion that ME3 could be/ could have been vastly improved.

And you are welcome for the bump, and I'm glad you <3 my signature. I spent almost 10 seconds thinking of it.

This is one thing, but there all so needs to be a short and concise list of generalized faults with the game to go along side it.

That isn't a mission statement. However, if you could put together such a list and make a thread for it, I would absolutely support it. The faults should really be relegated to the end, though. We're not trying to re-do the entire game :)

If you agree with this mission statement then please, stop playing the Mass Effect games. Don't buy new EA/BioWare products. We must show them, beyond the use of this mission statement, that we are willing to use what means we have to convey our message. They will know how many people are playing and for how long with Origin and the EA Network.

Aye aye, Commander. Disconnecting.

Also, wiping local data.

I support this. I will not play single or multi-player until we see a satisfactory resolution to this. I have supported Bioware for years, and this ending was unacceptable. I will remain civil and not make personal attacks towards the people involved, but at the same time this poorly created ending has destroyed the appeal of the entire series. I will not play anymore, and will not buy any DLC offered until we get a worthy ending.

Good stance. Understand though that we don't have bargaining power when it comes to DLC. If we wont buy it, they won't make it. Tell BW you would love to have such a DLC and they may make it. Thx for your reasons. Glad to have you as part of the movement!:D

I support this. The game is great (minus the ending) and I thank everyone on the team for making ME3. Please don't it let it end like that.

While I feel that the statement could do with being a little more specific, it is a good start to outlining why we are unsatisfied.

Thanks for writing something out! Much better than "no" :)

As for how "some of us are behaving", I admit that I've relegated myself to only three or so threads, because there's just too much to keep up with for any one person. So from my narrow viewpoint on these forums, most of the people I've seen haven't been immature or crying or simply begging for cake and icecream endings. Please don't make a straw man argument.

The "two sides to every argument" statement, I'm sorry to say, is a bit of a fallacy. There are many viewpoints on this ending. There are some people who have a specific vision of what they would like in an ending, and others who have a more vague concept, while still others who simply wish for a satisfying ending that reflects choice. There are people who genuinely don't care, and those who enjoyed the endings. There are people for whom the endings were immensely satisfying.

But this thread is not about the debate. This thread is the mission statement of those of us who are in the "dislike the ending" camp. The mission statement reflects all of our views as much as possible, regardless of how we would like to see it play out in specific detail.

Because the mission statement reflects the specific group of people who are dissatisfied, I don't see why it would have to include any acknowledgement of those who are satisfied. That would be a discussion. A statement is not a discussion.

Thank you, again, for actually posting more than no! It shows you want to actually give us the time of day without dismissing us completely and that you're not just trolling the forum :)

And 'Hold the Line" should mean just that.
Not playing or making purchases. Do not give resons that can be used to brush it all aside.

Supported. The endings were pretty much the same, save different color explosions. Our decisions had almost no effect on the ending. Plus, there were too many plot holes. This must have been rushed. Make it right bioware, that's all we ask. Stay classy guys, and hold the line! On a side note, it's a shame BF3 is also an EA game, I might have to dust off my copy of Black Ops :(
