Just beat the game for the first time. In my ending cutscene, many characters had no torsos, just floating heads with hands and such. I started a new game and created a new character, a dwarf noble, and in the opening cutscene and gameplay this problem was still there, including my own character. Now I have a high tolerance and I can ignore many bugs and glitches, especially when this is such a good game, but this is pretty much game-ruining. If there's going to be a patch this is something that needs be addressed.

I don't know about the ending yet, but I've had this happen to the guard in the Dalish camp in Brecilia forest, and have had it happen to Morrigan in the Circle Tower while fighting as well as in a random battle. In Morrigan's case, everything but her face disappeared.
