As far as I know, there is no dialog bugs related to Ashley. Ashley just doesn't have much dialog on the Normandy. Each squad mate had a line count budget. Though Ashley has the same budget as Kaidan, the writer for Ashley decided to use the budget more on the Citadel than the Normandy, so she doesn't have as much to say between missions, but she has more to say during her Citadel moments.
If you ever come back here, Dusty, there are a couple Kaidan bugs that I'm not sure are on the list.
When getting the message that Kaidan is going to be made a Spectre, there's supposed to be a range of dialogue with Udina (in the embassy) depending on how you've learned of it (there's flags for the email or Kaidan having already told you or simply not knowing about it). If you go speak to Kaidan (in the hospital) and he tells you that he's being made a Spectre, when you go speak to Udina, the only conversation you get is the one that acts like you don't know. It works as expected for Ashley (you get to tell Udina that she already told you), though, and it looks like they're supposed to be using the same flags here.
After Kaidan returns to the Normandy, if you do too much on the crew deck before speaking to him, his first friendship conversation (about hearing from his mom) can be skipped entirely. A common way to trigger this is in the dialogue with Chakwas (right after the coup, she wants to talk with you about medical supplies and starts a normal cutscene conversation)—after talking to her, if you then go to the observation deck and "click" on Kaidan, no conversation runs (the conversation that's supposed to fire doesn't actually start). If you "click" him again, he starts running his banter lines (as if the skipped conversation had concluded successfully). If this happens, that conversation will never trigger again; if you reload the area before talking with Kaidan (by using the elevator to change levels and then come back), however, then the conversation will start normally.
Finally, if you guys ever end up having to include the shuttle bay in future content, please give the dog some sound effects. He's so lifeless and sad.
