I had it with Engineer. I had enough credits to buy a few spectre packs (wanted to by a few at once) my Engineers where at lvl 19.5 and I got a couple of Engineer cards that took me to lvl 20 so I promoted them. BTW I was using the Q Engineer at the time and she resetted normally but the others kept there points.
