Ok so i completed the game  then it said i saved the gaexy and is a hero and i can contine playing etc etc. then i click "A" then it goes to a black screen!!. i tryed reloading the game etc with no luck!. every time i reload the game it goes back to the ending cutscene same message you are a hero then goes to the black screen!. i really dont no what to do. any help would be awsome!

Can anyone help on this i cant go any furether? will there be a patch to fix this or anything? please help.

This happens to me as well.

Check your hard drive to see if you have any corrupt avatar files.

Delete them then try again.

I found that the ME3 avatar awards were corrupted on my hard drive. I've deleted the corrupted files and redownloaded them using the avatar awards menu on the dashboard.

I don't know yet if this will fix the problem but I read on another thread that these corrupt avatar awards are causing black screens in the beginning of the game for some people.

Unfortunately I no longer have the autosave before the endgame because I reloaded an earlier save so can't test this straight away. So if you still have the last save before endgame just try deleting corrupt avatar files and viewing the ending again.

Thanks for your reply man. well i did it again with a female and the same problem happens at the end. i also tried the catch thing and no luck. its seems its a bug which they need to patch. please bioware patch this bug as its huge.

I have the problem as well. Post here so Bioware can see the issue in numbers under one thread.
