No.
So if they did release a new ending, wouldn't you be outraged?

if they actually finished the story and gave closure with the multiple endings they originally promised then HELL NO. Id buy it in a heart beat and then view all future bioware games with skeptisism till long after they had released

of course not. they'd be giving my back something they unwittingly took away, that is the whole ME experience. I'd be able to play through the series again, looking forward to expansions.
i'd throw money at them for this ...

I was okay with Broken Steel and I would be okay with any potential ME3 endgame DLC

Nope. Absolutely not. I would be quite thrilled. I won't pay for it though, I don't feel I should considering all the things we were told ME3 would be and what it actually is. Link to the "promises"

Anyone and anything is entitled to a mistake or two. If BioWare, for example, gave us a new ending because it screwed up royally and it was an effort to fix that mistake and get back the trust of the people who had/have faith in it, I'd give them a Mulligan. Similarly, I'd give them a mulligan if they purposely held back on the ending until some point in time after every game was released, if it was some "no-spoiler" gimmick.
It's a bad idea, but they're experimenting, testing the waters. You can't fault them for that.
....So long as the real ending is free. If they charge for it it instantly becomes not "we're trying new things to see if they work/we're sorry." but "you love our game and spent hundreds of dollars on it, so we're milking your ass for every cent."

Even if I have to pay for it, this series is more important to me than the politics surrounding it. I'd be proud of BioWare for doing it, even if they can't do it for free.
If they held it ransom and wrote the old ending for the sole purpose of making us buy DLC, I'd buy it and cancel every account in related existence to BioWare.
Mostly, I just want the series to end in a fashion befitting it's excellence.

I'd be more offended if they didn't, since they it'd seem like they never had any intention to, but stringed us along with the hope of it.

Well if the Indoctrination is true, then I would think that Bioware is genious, so no.

Nope.
To be honest, the ME3 was one of the best games I have ever played, except for the last 10 - 15 mins. I would love for them to fix that.

Nope, and I'll even pay for it. Not without grumbling a little over paying for something I should have already been given, but I'll pay and be happy that it exists.
I owe my Shepard and crew that much. I owe them a chance at a decent ending to their saga.
However, new ending DLC or no, any future Bioware releases are not going to be day one purchases by me for quite awhile.I will wait and read reviews and opinions from multiple sources, and possibly hold off for a price drop, until they have proven themselves again a reliable producer of quality narratives.
Should Bioware not redeem itself on or before the release of the next Dragon Age installment, then I will with great sadness write Bioware off as a lost cause, and the proscription against EA products in my home will be complete.
Bioware is currently the last (shaky) exception to that rule, after DICE wet the bed with Battlefield 3.
