Yes and no.
Yes, because it sets a precedent that will make me weary of ALL future games.
No, because ME3's ending is the BATTLEFIELD EARTH of game endings, and it needs to be rectified.
However, if they planned this all along and offer FREE DLC, then cool beans.
So if they did release a new ending, wouldn't you be outraged?

No - releasing a new ending/alternate ending of some kind is exactly what they *should* do - ideally, it will be free, as a gesture of goodwill, though I'm not really holding my breath for that. It would show a willingness to fix a huge mistake like this, and a responsiveness to their fanbase which is important in maintaining customer loyalty.

I think people were mad with the arrival that there wasn't a chance to get the batarians to flee their planet before blowing the system all to hell.

It would show that they're open to the idea of admitting to/fixing the problems, so that they're fans and customers are happy.
Bethesda did it... why can't Bioware?

If they decide to charge for it, I'm likely to be really angry. If it's something they actually planned all along, I'm also likely to be really angry, as that's just a poor way to treat your fans.
Otherwise, if they release even just a minor patch (even just a silly epilogue screen explaining how the other races manage to continue living on despite the fleet being trapped in Sol and the Relays being destroyed), I'll probably be happy.

Seeing as how I've been asking for them to do just that, I'm going to say, "No."
I don't really see the point of the question.
