You can't unsee the ending that you worked so hard for over the course of 2-5 years. It won't happen no matter what comes next. The least they can do is fix it to make it somewhat palatable.
If you had to pay for it? Outraged, most certainly. If I did end up buying it, such a DLC would be the last time I ever spent a cent on BW products.
So if they did release a new ending, wouldn't you be outraged?

If they fixed the problem and got us what they promised i should be outraged?
No, disappointed that they did it to start with, disappointed with the way theyre dealing with it, but not outraged. Probably even happy.
The lost trust wouldnt be repaired so easily, but at least it would be a honest start.

Assuming it delivers what was originally promised, not at all. I'd also be willing to spend money on it.
Now if it turns out that Bioware actually planned all this and has been holding the ending back the whole time, then I'd be infuriated.

We wanted this to happen, why would we rage if they did it?

I'd be upset that I need to pay for a satisfying conclusion.
I paid $60 for sixteen different endings that would be reflections of the choices I made. Not a single ending that only has three different colors of the same explosion.
I don't need an entire DLC.
I just need Bioware to patch the game so that a few new scenes play after you beat the game, one that retcons the reasons Reapers kill organics, and that there are sixteen different scenes that play depending on your choices.

If the ending is good and took the ideas people have been giving them then no.

Only if it's not a free DLC

If they did released a new ending, my respect for Bioware would go through the roof. That would mean that they are admitting to and taking responsibility for a mistake, and have enough belief in their own product to stand behind it.

If it's free, no. If it costs money, I would wash my hands of this whole mess and walk away.

I'll just hop right into this bandwagon and say... no. No, releasing a new ending is... pretty much exactly what most people seem to want!

Nah, as long as the new ending would make sense I wouldn't care.

I'm on the fence. Emotionally and personally, I would want it no matter what. I want a proper ending, preferably multiples, to my game series.
Objectively as a consumer, I would be pissed. It sets a dangerous prescendent for video game companies in the future to milk consumers for money.

I'll just be relieved they fixed it. Don't care if I have to pay honestly.
Stupid. But I just wan't it fixed.

Nope.
It would be bad if they had planned this all along, but the way it seems now, they'd only be listening to their consumerbase

Brilliant game, I would not be mad but I would not say they made a new ending, but extended the ending. After all my Shep was seen taking a breath amongst rubble.
