After the decision event on Rannoch; I picked my side but the event completed the story progress and I was unable to land again afterwards. The mission to eliminate the Geth Fighters is still left active in my mission screen even after advancing to Earth.
Anyone else had this?

Any of the optional missions that you don't do before you do something that takes away the chance to do the mission (either leaving the planet or doing a mission that overrides the optional mission) aren't removed from your quest journal. Whether this is a bug in the game or intentional by the developer isn't known.

Well the answer will be easy you need completed both missions on Rannoch before going too the priority misson. On the other hand the priority mission becomes available after 1 mission but you cannot get acces to the second mission after the priority mission.
