I'm making a AW tank with Lelianna, Wynne, and my dog in my PT and I have all the dragon armor pieces except for the helm, is there any advise for me on this? Lelianna is always dead at the beginning of a fight and my dog follows shortly afterwards. What can I do differently? I have them set to only attack my target and I usually run into a fight first to gain a little hate but they strip it so fast! Thanks.

There is no Dragon Scale helm. If this is what you mean.
As for the High Dragon at the Urn? I usualy take over Wynne and heal manualy I always seem to end up with one tank and Wynne left. The rest die pretty fast. You will need alot of mana potions as you will burn through them fast. When the dragon chews on your tank cast stone fist to make it drop the character. Seems to work for me.
Give Leliana Hate reducing gear and have her stand well back from the dragon she will live longer. Sten with the Ysala Blade from the Circle Tower gives a +10 to Damage for Dragons. With runes this can become a beast of a weapon.

Well theres "Helm of honnleath" in the stone prisoner DLC at the end of it
It matches dragon armor and its stats are great (+2 to everything & 4.50 armor)
Edit : And really? Just throw the dog out of your party and let Allistar into the party , be sure he knows taunt and threaten and as many shield talents as possible
Arcane warriors can tank anything , but they don't have an automatic aggro control talent , they aren't meant to tank for the whole party but rather as like a soloing thing or last resort thing once the whole partys dead you can sit there and tank just about anything as an arcane warrior but yeah they have no means of aggro control so its not a good idea to make them literally the tank

the problem is that AW is a good warrior but not a tank, you dont have any taunt or any skill to to boost your aggro
a tank is both dmg mitigation and aggro control and, even if AW excel in the first sector is it quite crap in the second one
you can try to use spells with high aggro (as hexes) but they are single target, if not you can try to pull with an aoe dot as blizzard (that will also freeze some enemies making tanking more manageable) still an AW mean that you have to pay attention to your group member and dont make them use the high dmg/big aggro skills
best thing to do will be probably to replace dog with a proper tank so it gan get aggro from the mobs you cant lock on
