I can't play because I've got from ashes and collectors edition content and the Mass Effect 3 servers are down. Would rather not have to keep trying every couple of minutes to if the servers are back up. Don't you guys have a server status page somewhere?

I would really like to know this as well. The times when I'm unable to play because of the servers not available, it would be less frustrating if there was someplace where it said when and for how long the servers would be down.

Then I would be like "Oh well, I'll just come back around that time then..."

Now it's more like:
"Does it work now!? Nope!"
...
"Does it work now!? Nope!"
...
"Does it work now!? Nope!"
