And how do I get it?  I'm playing on the PC.

The best sword in the game hands down (For Warrior & Rogue anyway , Spellweaver is arguably better for Arcane Warrior mages because of the mana regen and +5magic)



You have to have Wardens keep & The stone prisoner DLC both



Travel back and forth between both of those DLCs quest areas and eventually you will get a random encounter where a meteor hit the ground , go check the meteor ore in the bottom of the crater and loot it



Bring the star metal ore back the the blacksmith in the wardens keep DLC place (Hes available after beating the wardens keep DLC dungeon quest thingy) and he will make you Starfang



He can make you a 1 hander or a 2 hander sword out of it

 I do believe you only really need Warden's Keep.

And on the other hand, you can get the Meteor Metal with only The Stone Prisoner. Can't do anything with it though.
