I own the PC version of BF3 and the 360 version of ME3 since I played the first two on Xbox and wanted to continue my story. However the promotion didnt say anything about not being able to mix match between the two.

EA also gave me the BF3 online pass for 360 and I activated that on my console and it still didnt unlock the class for me, so now I have both online passes for PC and 360 version of BF3

My origin and 360 accounts are all linked together too

I'm fairly certain that you only get the BF3 multiplayer character on whatever system you had BF3 on. So if you have BF3 for PC, you unlock the BF3 MP character for the PC version of ME3.

So many abbreviations.

special DLC didnt work like that in the past for Bioware games. If you got DLC it would unlock across PS3 Xbox and PC. I redeemed the Xbox 360 online pass for BF3 though and it still didnt unlock for me so theres a problem somewhere. If I redeemed both online passes for the PC and 360 versions of BF3 then I should have it in my game but I dont still

The last few posts about this have all said the same thing: the soldier is unlocked for whatever platform BF3 was purchased on.

I'd suggest calling EA support or something.

Did you read what I said? I already did contact EA and they have no clue

I also redeemed the BF3 online pass for PC and Xbox 360 yet neither unlocked the class for me so theres definately a problem.

I have the same issue. There is not only no response from EA, but it is a major pain even finding ways to communicate with them. Their systems are all so backwards and muddled with their old systems.

I spoke to someone at EA last week and their tier 1 and tier 2 people hadn't been notified of any cross-platform compatability with the reward. It would be a good public-relations decision for them to fix it to work in that fashion, but... EA has altered the way that PCs are registered with their online access which explains why they're not activating correctly.

This is getting ridiculous. Now EA is saying I need to post on the forums to get help, which is what Im doing and getting nowhere.
Your customer service is absolutely appalling. 9/10 EA reps I speak with even tell me this promotion doesnt exist at all.

I too own BF3:LE on the PC, which I pre-ordered via Origin. Like others I had played ME1 and ME2 on the Xbox 360 and would have loved to continue playing it on the PC if there was a way to transfer my saved games from Xbox 360 to PC. Since there isn't a way to do that I pre-ordered ME3:CE for the Xbox 360. I also haven't been able to get access to the Battlefield 3 Soldier Kit, which I think is ridiculous since I own both games. Platform shouldn't matter. A product is a product regardless of platform. EA, FIX THIS NOW OR HAVE ONE REALLY PISSED OFF CUSTOMER! Thank you and have a nice day!

It would be nice to get someone from Bioware to chime in and help. Your contact button below just links to EA support.

Hmm, but my PS3 BF3 code gave my early access to the 360 ME3 muliplayer.  This is confusing that it would work cross platform for that but my PS3 code will not unlock the BF3 class in my 360 ME3 game.

The official word is that it's not cross platform. Both ME3 and BF3 have to be the same platform or no pack.

The point is, I went ahead and got the BF3 online pass for Xbox 360, and it STILL didnt unlock it for me. I have both versions of the online pass and still nothing. Whats the point of paying for your games EA if you dont give a damn about your customers when they have a problem?
