Buying packs simply does not work and results in the loss of your credits when you restart the game. It also seems to break the abilty to connect to or host games. Some players report that they get new items sometimes, but you don't get the message telling you what.

Any response from Bioware on this plz? I had a ticket about this too, but I don't think support even read it because they gave a reply for a different problem (the relocking packs).
