When I put my serial number in it says its already been used. What do I do? I know I havent used it.

Did you buy the game new, or is it a used copy? Only new copies get access to Shale for free.



If it is a new copy and the redemption doesn't work, you should probably post this on the tech support forum or phone EA's tech support line.

I have a similair problem. i've redeemed bot the stone prisoner as the blood dragon armor for origin and didnt get neither of them and never had any downloadaible content to start. every time i try to refresh the dowload button i get nothing but the codes are redeemed if i try to redeem them again. so please help me.
