I ordered the Collector's Edition and the Disc One has problems reading a lot of the time.  Should I be concerned?  Is this a common issue?

you should be concerned as it's not a common issue among most people who have the game.

I'm having a lot of problems with my disc too. Only I have a PS3.

I am having a similar problem but mine is with disc 2. 1 works just fine but it locks up when i am promted to switch disc. I am also unable to save disc 2 to my xbox. it get about 44% in and then says it cant read the disk. I have got another disc from Target where i purched the game and still having the problem. But every other game i have works fine and Disc 1 works fine just not 2. i'm not sure whats up

Disc 1 is faulty. I have had reading errors too...

Seriously though, I also own the collector's edtion, and I have had NO problems with either disk.

I ended up returning my collecters edition because of disk 1 read problems.

I have had no issues with mine at all for 360

Same thing with disc 2 unable to read problems getting pretty sick of it.

I have me3 regualr edition, my disc 2 often says it is "baby maker extreme" my neighbor has the game, and I have 0 problems with his disc 2, and he has the same problem with my disc 2.  I have an original Xbox-360 and he has a new 2 month old one.  it is random and annoying.  sometimes it will fix itself, sometimes I have to put the disc1 back in, have it tell me its the wrong disc, and then put disc 2 back in.  Again, brand new xbox next door, same problem.

Game wont load when switching fron disc 2 to disc 1

I get it often, but I think that's just because my xbox is on its last legs =/

Never had any disc read problems on my CE. Could it be a console related thing? 360's are different between models, disc drives, wear etc.

Mine either just came up Can't read Disc or it would let me start playing then a window would pop up saying it and on MP would Freeze then kick me out on my Elite but I went out and bought a 250GB Slim and works fine on that
