"I'm having trouble connecting to the Galaxy at War portion of the game, while being able to play online. This also includes the Mass effect 3 datapad ios app. I'll be able to play through my multiplayer games/maps, but it does nothing to improve my galactic readiness. On the main menu of the game, on the top right moniter, it'll say load failed. and once I go into multiplayer, on the galactic map screen it'll say cannot connect to server.
This has been an issue since launch. I don't have normal access to a computer, so I tried a live chat on my phone and didnt work so well, I also sent an e-mail but it went unresponded. Since I last contacted EA, I switched my copy of the game, and also upgraded my internet speed (unrelated).I uninstalled my game install (this is on the Xbox 360), and cleared my system cache (to delete the update).
