Yeah, Fallout 3 changed their ending, but from what I remember, Fallout 3's ending reaction was NOWHERE near as bad as Mass Effect 3's.

Regardless, thank you so much for posting that link. When he says that there's "buzz" to create DLC for endings, it gives me some hope.

They sounded pretty neutral, that's fine by me. Journalism is about presenting information, not interpreting it for you.

This is starting to get me excited. For a bit i thought we were all fighting an uphill battle but with this news coverage I am feeling like we are starting to get the upper hand. We can't be ignored anymore. I am so glad everyone in Retake Mass Effect has held the line because we are really starting to get attention for our cause.

We have gone past the part where we can be called the vocal minority. I think... i think we might be winning.

We're making progress, our hold the line stance is beginning to bear fruit. However we must keep this up. Bioware will answer us. We will have our new ending.

I like Fredricka Whitfield as an anchor, but you can really tell she really couldn't care less about gaming, lol.

Sounding more and more like Bioware might just do this thing.

I was hoping they'd talk about the whole charity thing but I'm just glad we got some coverage, that didn't bash us.

That tiny segment gave our grievances more respect than all of the gaming "news" sites combined. No flammatory comments like "babies want happy rainbow ending".

It's great to see this picked up by CNN. They talk about a lot of games there, so I thought it would be a more general review, but the ME3 segment was really focused on our movement to change the ending. They also made it sound like changing the ending is pretty inevitable for Bioware, which I really hope is true.

only a fanatic can turn a 'might' and 'maybe' into inevitable lol

This is crazy.

I would be surprised if nothing is done now.

 Getting negative coverage on CNN?

I would not want to be in the board room at Bioware come Monday. You thought last week was bad? Imagine how bad this one would be.

I just can't fathom this was going through casey's mind when he snapped his fingers and was "YES! Speculation. LOVE IT. Also, take out Anderson's speech. Ruins the moment. Oh yeah...go ahead and use that Getty image for Tali. No one will find one little picture on the internet right?"

Yeah, I can't believe they removed Andersons final convo. It was touching.

They removed it because none of what they talked about was actually going to have real significance, considering Shepard dies in all of the endings. If I recall, the whole "you'd be a great father" spiel kinda becomes a moot point in the scenarios presented. I agree, though, it would have ended up being one of the most touching moments in the series, let alone the game.

You know it's saying something when they didn't actually talk about gameplay like he did with the other games, they jumped right to the controversy. I'd say that holding the line is definitely seeing results.

Gee, that's a bit of a dag.

Good to see that the mainstream news is picking things up. Call me an optimist but we must be making some waves.

Wow.  What is your problem, man?  Nobody here is being 'fanatical' or anything like it.  All he did was comment on the video in a positive and hopeful manner.

If anyone, you are the fanatic here, flaming anyone who disagrees with you. (Check his recent posts.)

Not surprising if accurate. Right age range for when they exploded, and can freely spend money on them. Hell, my mom is in her 60s and kills the **** out of Tetris.
