I love how people think this is a 'win' for you guys. It's not. They have to be neutral. There was no information at all really. They're just acknowledging the situation.
They are acknowledging that there are many many fans upset about the endings, which is much more than we have gotten so far. Bioware can no longer say we are just "some" of the die hard fans.

It is a win. BioWare still does not admit most fans are unhappy, but such news stories may force them to do it.

BSN and 4chan in totally agreement that the endings suck. The only ones who disagree are a minority on the forums and biased game journalists. Let that soak in, because it's probably the first time such a thing has happened. And we're part of it. We're going to get this ending changed, people.
Hold the line Commanders.

If BioWare doesn't get on board pretty soon here, they are going to find themselves on the wrong side of history.
Why because a bunch of people yelled loudly? They're not going to change anything, they all but said that themselves. They like the endings to their game.

Thousands of fans are not "bunch of people". It has potentionally serious impact on BioWare/EA future profits.

They haven't said anything yet. They've typed a lot of words, but none with any substance. There are thousands of posts in hundreds of threads explaining why the only sensible decision from a business standpoint is for them to provide a fix to the ending. Anybody who can't see that by now either isn't paying attention, or is being intentionally obtuse.

Thousands of people is the minority of the fandom. And it really doesn't because they have more loyal fans than ones who refuse to buy.

Are you seriously this obtuse, or are you just trolling? If you've paid any attention to what people are saying, you would see that the more loyal a fan of BioWare someone was prior to this debacle, the greater the chance they are ready to be done with BioWare if they don't fix this. The betrayal of everything BioWare used to be has been that substantial with this ending, and the namby pamby PR tactics BW has engaged in since.

One of the polls shows over 50,000 people do not like the endings and that is only the people who voted. Imagine how may people who are on other forums who also hate the endings.

Well if this forum is anything close to representive of fanbase, then things are bad for BioWare. Of course you cant ask opinion of every single fan, but what makes you think most other fans are happier with this situation?

Wishful thinking. The percentages on that poll have held steady throughout it's lifespan. It doesn't seem to matter how many respond, there are never more than 2% who actually think these endings are good. If you look at the broader internet, there is more variation, but the lowest support for ending change on any site that asks the question is still above 80%.
