Cool-headed rational argumentation has never achieved anything in the history of getting things done. People getting all up in flames over random things usually does.
*cough* Ghandi *cough*
*cough* Christ *cough* Martin Luther King *cough*
Anyway, I orginally saw very few signs of poor behavior in this movement... before it could even be called a movement, really. People were more eager to lean on each other and figure out what happened.
Now, however, the venom is starting to run. The tone is less, "We care, Bioware, enough that we feel this ending is purely unbefitting of the ME franchise" and more "Do what we want or we'll boycott your company and go after your supporters".
While I'm fine with the notion of cold calculated strategy, there is a point where you have to step back and realize Bioware is involved in a mutual relationship with you. You can ask, you can influence, but when you start making demands and attacks, you've completely disgraced yourself as being a worthy partner.
