Used 60,000 credits - received nothing

After a match finished I had roughly 120k ingame credits. I proceeded to exit the lobby then purchase a "Spectre Pack".

I did this multiple times, with each time it gives me an error, shows my credits deducted to 65k, then refunded back to 120k.

I then quit the game entirely, then quit Origin, and relogged back in. Now my credits show I only have 65k and nothing in my inventory is listed or flashing "New".

May I please have a refund?

This has been happening since yesterday. BioWare/EA has said nothing about it so far. Guess they are to busy with St.Patrick's day to care.

Yup, same here. I've lost over 100k credits over the last two days because of this. Funny thing is that this only started happening after the latest bout of multiplayer server "upgrades" and "fixes".

samesies. the part i think that sucks the most is that even though my logic didnt kick in till after i lost about 180k creds and that equats up to many hours of gaeplay basically for no gain.
Ai can Haz refund? :o

I've also lost a total of 360,000 Credits (6 Spectre Packs) and 640 Bioware Points (Actual Money) with nothing to show for it.  Same sequence of events as original post.

I'm a bit worried that anything is being done to resolve this as the person I chated with in Live Chat Troubleshoot... said I was the first to complain about this and that this seemed like an isolated issue...LOL!

me too. character won't work in multi either since this happened. i level it up go in beat things exit and no exp, all my points get set back... this is ****ed. I'm sick of this game having so many problems. I have played A LOT OF GAMES in my life, and never saw this much nonsense and if I did at least they worked on it immediately. Bioware waits forever to even give official reports and definitely doesn't work on things asap like other studios do.

I love the game but this is unplayable and stealing real money when they dev assured us things wouldn't get lost or returned this weekend but nothing has. No NC7 event weapon either since I can't play and won't be able to monday at all even if the do somehow tap into real magic powers and resolve everything. It's so frustrating.

The only solution is Buy again the pack when the game refund ur money and done, i got this issue since last week and i rebought the packs when the game refund me the credits after the message error

i had this problem so many times i cant tell: at least 5 or 6 times...at 1st I tought me being dumb but then it happened again and I realized it was real game bug...Anyways...i hope we will get somewhat our credits back and didnt waste all those hours winning silver games

I'm have the same issue with losing credits at the store and not getting anything. 

Update: Closed out Mass Effect to make this post because a purchase of 60,000 for a specter pack had failed and logged back in minus another 60,000 credits.

I don't know if it's the same for everyone, but I am actually getting my items despite the processing failure.

I purchased a specter kit earlier today and got the "failure to process" message. It did the same thing where it would debit me 60k but then refund it right away. I then logged out, exited the game, and restarted it. When I went back into multiplayer, The 60k was missing, but I did notice my Geth Plasma Shotgun upgraded to level 2.

I decided to try it again and purchased another specter pack a little while ago. Same error, and I followed the same procedure as before. Logging back in, My Geth Plasma Shotgun is now level 3, and I got a sentinel character card (I could tell because the XP caused that class to level up even though I hadn't played it in the last few matches).

Didn't count through my consumables or equipment packs to see if they were changed though. But it seems like I have been getting the items from the packs I buy. It's just annoying because I don't get to see what the items are and have to go fishing for them (i.e. new weapon upgrades, character appearances, equipment capacity increases, &c.).

I checked all that and it's not upgrading anything for me. Another thing like I mentioned before or in another post is after these transactions failed, some of my characters that were fully filled out in skillpoints reset all their points as if I used a respec card, only I didn't. I had no reason to respec them so I put the points back to what they were, I went into the game and played got to wave 8 and died. Gained no credits or experience, and all the skillpoints reset again. I'm not sure what that means, but I lost a ton in the store and I don't see it upgrading or adding anything new. None of this happened until those BWP spectre packs transactions failed.

I think I'll just pool my credits for now until I can confirm this bug isn't happening anymore. Not going to risk purchases if I might lose items, even though I have gotten them on the last few purchases.

I lost 60k buying that phantom Spectre Pack as well, with this very same "One or more of your purchases failed to process" message. :?

I don't think you lose the credits, you just can't spend them. Have had the issue a few times this weekend, it always shows the credits as coming back later and I have been able to buy stuff so they don't disappear forever. Granted, I am bugged again and can't spend anything now but maybe that's a goood thing, might actually save up for a Spectre pack and buy lots of stuff all in one go.

I frickin' lost 180k today...It's as if Bioware wants us to keep playing multiplayer to gain those credits back only to steal them again. Seriously is it absolutely necessary to "process" in-game credits/fake money purchases??!

Lost 480 BioWare Points on Spectre Packs. Never lost credits though. Purchase is loading and BioWare Points are depleted but instead of the Pack a "One or more of your purchases failed to process"-message pops up.
