This happened to me twice...I lost 120k. Will I ever get them back? Doubtfully.

I lost 320 BW Points to this and about 120k Credits.

Here were i livel we have a lot of problems, but normally companies test things before throw it in the face of the consumer, i lost a lot of time (like 80k) on that **** too.

this problem went away for me for a while and now its back again. i was soo scared to collect my victory pack in fear of it ending up like my other purchases, thank god it didnt fail, but i went to go buy that new pack and a spectre pack and they both failed :| I lost track of how many creds lost now. i think im in the 250-300 thousand ballpark.
demotivated? yes. Discouraged? yes. Pissed off? hell yea.

I have a feeling that this problem is so widespread but Bioware/EA will only fix the problem but not refund anyone their hard earned points . I myself have lost the special pack from the event and at least 4 spectre packs at this point. Makes me not even want to play this buggy game anymore. Glad I didn't spend extra money on the DLC which I hear is also fairly buggy.

Same here, been trying to buy the "Spectre Pack" with credits, 120k spent now and both times, it gave me the error to contact customer support, deducted my credits, however no pack. Tried exiting and popping back in but nothing.

Tried buying the pack with Bioware Points though and that works.

In the same boat 1 spectre pack & 2 premium veteran packs,some purchases worked then it all of a sudden kept saying to contact customer support.

It sounds like they've been looking into this issue, until then it might help taking a look over here. The more data Bioware has on who is being affected, the better they can isolate the problem.
