I used a respec on my Soldier, reallocated points and played a few matches.
Logged into him a moment ago and the entire character was reset.

Name, point allocation (1 point in marksman again), etc.

I had this same problem with a sentinel, played a large number of matches today and quit. When I logged back in all my credits were there and new items but the character was reset to base (1 point in tech armor) with my respec card still burned.

Yes, this is exactly what I experienced.
Can I get some CS assistance on this? The respec card is uber rare and I now have a soldier with a point in a skill I don't use.

Looking at some of my other characters, they've had their profiles erased as well.
Names, power allocations, etc. all set as a new char.

My Vanguard reaches lvl 6 and ALL his skills are set to zero and he has 13 points to spend on them. I started with 40+ points to spend..have the CE edition. So now Im borked. I loaded an older save and it was all ok...made lvl 6 yet again and it was all gone again. Im STUCK.

Same problem here, also lost the points from the war resources for two ascended characters.

Anybody knows why is this happening?
