is there a way to import CHars from PC to PS3?
I didnt found a solution 4 this problem anywhere....

Good luck importing ME2 to ME3 ON THE SAME PLATFORM without face code issues and what not...Seriously import mechanism in ME3 is so flawed that it's almost unlikely that Bioware actually tested it out.
To answer your question OP, no you can't import your ME2 character on PC to PS3.

during the storyline (ME3) you have to decide that a Geth can upload Reaper-Code or not.
Each of this decisions leads to the wipe-out of one race at your galaxy... except you have enough paragon points by an imported ME2-Char.
So there is really no way to import a char to PS3? I dont wanna be responsible 4 a genocide...

Meh I imported my character from ME2 and with a full reputation bar in ME3 at that decision, and having done all the other things in the correct way as to be able to save both races, but was not able to save both species still since I had let legion die in ME2(only one I let die)
I mean out of all the things that factored in to what you could do, I got screwed because for some reason legion died in my me2? Even though they put some dumb fake legion in my game that I was able to do everything else fine with? C'mon, no one cares about one dead geth, but one dead geth caused the extinction of a species

No, you cannot import saves cross platform. And your spoiler example is wrong anyway, gg misinformation. Paragon/Renegade level from ME2 has nothing to do with whether or not you get both Quarians and Geth on your side. It has to do with the decision you made about the Heretics in 2 and some stuff you do in 3.

yes thats right, but u must have a minimum of three Paragon/Renegade bars in addition, ive read.
