I unlocked all of the bonus powers (minus Ashley's) on my first playthrough. When I imported my other Shepard I was able to pick a power for him at creation and all that. The option to change them appeared in the Medbay.

Today I booted up the game and the following things happened: Given the 'You need an EA Account to play this game' screen. I hit continue and went to the main menu. The 'Resume' option was missing so I just loaded up my most recent file. I finished the mission I was on and went back to the Normandy, headed to the Medbay and went to the Bonus Power Console and all of them are gone. I just see 'No Bonus Power Available'.

same thing happened to my file. No bonus powers were present and my accomplishments all were reset.

I took a look this morning - all my accomplishments were also reset.

Edit: I don't seem to be able to unlock the Bonus Power again. This is screwy.

This happened to me last week. I was able to unlock bonus powers again on a new game, but my kills towards the veteran achievement dropped to 0 from over 3000.

Just got off the line w/ EA support, it's a 'known issue' that's being worked on but no ETA on a fix.

samething went to start new game and all bonus powers gone but haveing trouble getting them back

Game working fine yesterday. Today all bonus powers are gone!

I just lost all my bonus powers as well. I went to start a new game, and imported my ME3 character for a new game+ run. I thought it was odd it only was letting me choose Fortification.

So I went back to load up one of my old saves, and for some reason everything is unavailable in the med bay except fortification. Dont know what would have triggered it.
