Easily the military uniform.

The last dress for fem sheps looked really skanky and exactly like what Diana Allers wears.

Anything but the colonist outfit, I don't know how anyone would take you seriously wearing that.

N7 hoodie with kneeguards on the legs is pretty cool.  I wish the officer uniform had alittle blood or dirt on it to like it did on Earth.

Different characters have different tempers so they use different clothes.
For example, my "galactic hero" wears a leather jacket while "The Star Wolf" (which hair and beard I little changed from ME1 to ME2 and from ME2 to ME3) prefers an Allience officer uniform but switches it to the #1 suit from time to time.

I think if you use a different outit, it uses a different body, wich can be mostly seen with the FemShep dress, so...

Probably yes, but only with malesheps body at the moment.

 The jacket male shepard has is pretty bad ass. I also like the hoodie, both male and female. For femshep I like the dress because well, dat ass.

Also, can I say how amazing it was to be able to walk around the citadel in civies? That had the chance to become incredibly awkward in previous games.
