Want to play an ME3 run through with the least about of characters from ME1 & ME2.
So looking for the best selections (or worst if you look at) with loyalty missions etc so that I can kill off the most teammates possible and have shepard live.
How to kill the most squad members?

If you want Shep alive, you need at least 2 of your squadmates alive. You can have Garrus and Tali live since both of them will be the only guys that are available as squad in ME3.

http://social.biowar...5725/38#3133304 is a guide to keeping only Garrus and Tali alive (with possibly Dr. Chakwas), but it involves Kasumi and Zaeed. So if you don't have them, it might not work.

Thanks Roxy, just what I was looking for. Unfortunately I forgot to kill off Captain Kirrahe on virmire (habit when doing Virmire). I may have to replay ME1 to do that
