Bad support from Origin.

As many of you I have pre-ordered my copy of ME3 (in my case ME3 deluxe digital edition) but I had to wait until the 9th to star playing.

In fact this is not the problem, the problem is that I never got the redeem codes for the bonus and today I decided to contact Origin support to know what's going on and the really Pxxxxx me off.

Do I have to think that once I paid and got part of the product support doesn't care? Should I contact my lawyer to get things fixed in a tribunal?

Below is the transcription of my chat with the indian support from origin. I let you all take your own conclusions.

I couldn't because since the start, when you gave me this code, the
message is the same and if my memory is good the message for an already
used code is different.

And this is what I get from origin: Nothing except that the little indian hang up on my face (real nice policy)

And BTW ME3 has a lot more bugs than ME2 had just after it's release.
