been playing multiplayer for a while, 2 times i died in the middle of biotic charge ending up my dead body chargeing, when i get revived im bugged, floating for a few minutes then go outside the map, if happened on 2 diffrent games on diffrent maps so logical conclusion its something you bioware guys need to fix.
i have no idea if it was posted already so excuse me if it was.

Just happened to me too, very annoying. Somehow I even managed to kill an enemy with a Biotic Charge....after I had already died. Also, is anyone else having issues using Biotic Charge + Nova combos? It seems like those skills have been very temperamental lately. Many times I can be standing right in front of an enemy, full shields, and I can't use Nova. Same with Biotic Charge; the cooldown is done, I'm right in front of them with no obstacles in the way, but it won't let me use the ability and I end up dying :/

I also have gotten the issue where you can't use charge even though it's off cooldown and you're spamming it right in front of an enemy. That has gotten me killed so many times. I wonder if enemies can disable its use for a short amount of time or something. Either way, still frustrating.

I'm wondering if it had something to do with the last patch. I never had any problems playing Vanguard before yesterday. I could spam double Nova + Charge without any problems at all. Now I'm lucky to be able to use Biotic Charge at all after throwing a Nova.

It happened to me twice today :/ Stood infront of a ravager doing nothing and ended up dead.
and another bug I keep getting is getting stuck outside the map after running around as a vanguard, I lost around 60000 credits thanks to this happening three times in wave 9 or 10 as I disconnect so my team doesn't lose XP from "full extraction" award.
