I downloaded the From Ashes DLC and completed it just after the first Citadel, before Palaven. Went to mission on the Palaven's moon and could not play Javik, He was blacked out. Anyone knows the reason??

For plot reasons you can't take him to Palaven's moon but you can use him after that mission
