I thought of this the other day while reflecting on the fact that my Shep had defeated four reapers and potentially committed genocide any number of times..  I thought it would be a good idea to do a list of notable kills over the three games, and since I've only used the one imported character up to this point, I wound up with a single consistent list:

4 Reapers (Sovereign. The Human Reaper, + 2 destroyers)
The Collectors (all of them)
The Rachni (all of them)
The Rachni Queen (and later her suspiciously similar substitute)
Ethan Jong (got on my nerves)
The Shadow Broker (talked guff to my chick)
Saren (talked to death)
The Thorian (went boom)
Tela Vasir (got in my way)
Kai Leng (I'll admit it felt good)
Donovan Hock
Enyala
Sgt. Kathka
Jaroth
Jentha
Tarak
Matriarch Benezia
Gatatog Uvenk
Morinth
Kaira Sterling
Warden Kuril
Ambassador Udina
Lots of simulated geth (Pinnacle Station)

I don't know why everyone keep saying that Shepard killed Sovereign. If anything, it was Joker and the Normandy who fell the beast.

True, but everyone in the actual games seems to agree that Shep was responsible for Sovereign's demise.  Go figure, eh.  Personally, I'd say it was a collective effort.

You could argue that Shepard killed him by defeating him as Saren's robotic skeleton. If Shepard hadn't done that, the fleet would probably never have punched through Sovreigns shields and armour.

I would add another destroyer... the AA gun at the beginning of Earth level? yup.. that was a destroyer... 1 shot with the Cain and kaboom
