Okay, so over the last days I've spend more time reading these forums and holding the line than I probably should.
Simply because the Mass Effect series means so much to me.

I think it's time to remember why, and how most  of ME3, safe for the ending, contributed to that.
To say it in the words of Anderson: Show the Devs that they "did good". That safe for one cruel mistake, they made a great game. They've worked hard on this and they deserve some praise after all.

So, what was your favorite "little" moment that made you smile?


For me, probably the chat between Garrus and Tali on how he managed to stow away some Turian chocolate.

The way Tali can barely contain herself upon hearing that made me go all "d'awww"^_^

I'll be civil about that. It's fair to say the majority of the game was great, and that there were small moments that made me smile -

Sitting with Tali on Rannoch (Would've loved some further development on this)

Tali saying that she 'had gotten used to' shepard (So she didn't get sick anymore.)

Seeing that a lot of my choices through the course of the gameplay were respected. I watched the final cutscene for Tuchanka again, and if you choose to betray the Krogan, there's a cutscene afterwards where Wrex attacks you. The character even mentions Wrex's Family Armor in this dialogue, but Wrex says it's too little too late.

I didn't catch the Tali-Chocolate, but it sounds cute. xD

I truly loved the moment with Kaidan at Apollo Cafe (or whatever it's called) it made me smile.
I also really enjoyed the scene with Garrus on top of the presidium it made me smile and laugh, true friendship

Honestly, almost all the moments with Tali made me quite happy. They were very well done.

Another big moment I thought was really quite nice and peaceful was the little shooting contest with Garrus, if you let him win.

The banter between Garrus and Vega was great! Really funny!

A lot of them, but the one that currently sticks out is meeting David Archer in Grissom Academy if you saved him in Overlord. I actually did smile when he mentioned how he was counting the number of days that Shepard had lengthened his life.

Agreed, the game is really great overall, only the ending is miserable.

My favourite little moment? Uhm... Garrus and Tali hooking up was great, then there's the dialogue between Liara and her father, that was really funny

But my "little moment" was when Thane was on his death bed a said that the assassin should be embarrassed, he let a terminally ill Drell prevent him from getting to his target.

Agreed, I could have went on all day about Kaidan and FemShep but that would just be me gushing over very yummy pixels like a complete nerd lol.

Many things made me smile, laugh and even cry.
It is hard to narrow it down, but my favorite moments are "Liara's Project", The jokes on the bridge and Liara's goodbye... Though I like the Friendship goodbye in her memory more than the Romance goodbye.

I love the bromance between Shep and Garrus. It's especially touching because, if you will recall, turians and humans generally dislike each other at the start of the series. Heck, you can play Shep as a straight up racist and they still become best buds with Garrus.

Garrus and Vega sharing war stories (Jimmy Vega sounds like a pole dancer from Omega)
Jarvik telling Vega a joke
Ash and Tali drunk scenes as well

I was disappointed he doesn't call you Battlemaster, but otherwise I LOVED Grunt's part.

Also, the Salarians on Sur'Kesh made me lol.  Both the one who formally requests on behalf of the Salarian union that you STOP TOUCHING THAT.  Plus, if you have Wrex bringing Garrus and/or Javik along is hilarious when they start teasing the salarians.  Their facial expressions are priceless.

Kirrahe as well, saying you have his support no matter what anyone else says.  
I thought that was freaking awesome, way to be a bro, Kirrahe. 

And pretty much everything Javik says is golden.  I really loved it when he met the Hanar on the citadel.

Garrus and Joker passing jokes back and forth, too. xD 
Lastly, anything with Thane pre-Citadel attack made me giddy. 

Everything else more or less made me sad or otherwise angry. <_<

Pretty sure no one in the universe can escape being best buds with Garrus. He's just that awesome.

I often found myself smiling at EDI's various comments while visiting her and Joker in the cockpit. I also liked when Liara mentioned the fast approaching storm on Mars and Sheperd says, "I think it's already here", to which she replies, "Good point".

The unintentional awkwardness of some scenes.

-When Anderson throws the tags to Shepard.. Shepard turns around and squints really hard.
-When Anderson says, "I was born in London" and Shepard says "Really."
