So many, but I really enjoyed the moment with Garrus on the Citadel shooting bottles and joking. Throughout the series I have always seen Garrus as the comrade in arms, the one who understood Shepard and my Shepard could be honest with. This moment solidified that feeling. Awesome.

Joker and EDI being super adorable together

Traynor telling that krogan/Shepard joke

The unintentional awkwardness of some scenes.

-When Anderson throws the tags to Shepard.. Shepard turns around and squints really hard.
-When Anderson says, "I was born in London" and Shepard says "Really."

Ah I forgot about that second one! That had me busting up a little.

A little more in this vein: You can chat with Jacob in Huerta Hospital after the mission where you meet him again, and he mentions something about how he feels they can win against the Reapers. It sorta goes like this:

Jacob: "I mean I feel it, do you feel it?"

(Male) Shepard, in a weirdly uncomfortable tone: "Yeah, I feel it..."

Grunt: Anyone got some food
Grunt: I don't need luck. I got ammo
Jack: Hey EDI nice body now you look more like a sex bot than a sex toy.....Oh hell everything by Jack

And if anyone goes to see EDI at one of the vendors in the markets and keeps clicking on her she will put you on hold. I was like "WTH! SHE JUST DIDN'T"

Grunt exausted covered in blood catching him as he fell to his knees, i knew then i was in the world of mass effect.

Most powerful short unexpected moment for me was seeing David Archer alive on Grissom.

But what made me smile most was killing Kai Lang when he tried to kill me while in illusive mans chair..

EDI: ' He (Joker) said I didn't have to conform to some feminine ideal in order to impress him....I then called him on his bull**** and we proceeded to talk.'

This game is full of so many "little things" that make it as awesome as it is. Bioware did a really great job there, too bad they screwed up on the big scale. Anyway I can't really decide what was my favorite, I would actually go with most of those that have already been mentioned here. But here is one I just saw yesterday after missing it on my first playthrough. This had me literally bursting out into laughter in the middle of the night:

Now I love both Liara and her passion about archeology; but when finally Javik reveals Protheans' true side, tells how he is amused that "primitive Asari mastered writing", a very excited Liara finally cracks and gives the look:

Meeting David Archer on Grissom Academy. I enjoyed the other scenes as well, but this one stuck out since I recently played it.

David Archer and Conrad Verner.

David for the "number of days since you saved my life", of course, but I actually missed Conrad the first time through, so when I actually talked to him, and I had to rely on both my asari matriarch writings and my Elkoss Combine license from ME1...that made me smile.

I smiled a lot of times, but the one that first comes to mind is when EDI talks about her hair. "And when it's wet... then I can't do anything with it." :D

Everything prior to the god child. It really was an amazing game (until that point).

But the references to Shepard's lack of dancing ability.
Kasumi Knowing that I would recruit her.
Miranda finally dealing with her father.
Seeing Jack care for the kids.

Heart string moments;
The wounded soldier who has to lose his leg,
The teen at the refuge camp, who is waiting for her parents.
Legion and Mordin sacrificing themselves.

Talking about the Mako.
Seeing that Udina dyed his hair.
Shooting Udina.

And those are only the first three things that popped into my mind.

My honest favorite moment of the game was Shepard/Anderson on the citadel after the lllusive Man's death. That scene was phenomenal, I had shivers like I have not felt in some time when they were peering over Earth's destruction commenting on the view. It just really hit me hard.

Isn't there a support group or something for this by now?

Also, I loved the romance scene conversation with Liara when she points out how easy it'd be to runaway from everything and just be happy. It really broke my heart, boo hoo.

Despite my bitterness toward the ending (#RetakeME3!)...I find myself going through a second playthrough for all the little things mentioned in this thread. Just reading all the thoughts and moments people enjoyed bring a bright light to the series. Makes me want to stop working...go home...and keep playing. :)
