1 in this Poll, but there is a new one by EmperorZorn which is based on the Official Bioware design, but waaay more beatiful. If it had to be a more alien design I'd go for Nr.1, if a more hman design, the one from EmperorZorn!

I know it's not very alien, but my god, number 5 is so cute! I'd say 1 and 2 would be the best options, though.
Just to note, though - NO.1 looks very good, but the ear looks too human - doesn't the coedex or something specifically refer to Quarian ears as 'what passes for a human ear?
